Facility Rules of Use:
Absolutely NO GLITTER is to be used in any room, or on any decoration in a room. Glitter gets into the carpets and on chairs and will not come out. Anyone caught using glitter will be charged a $200 clean up fee and may lose booking privileges in the future.
All request must be made 72 hours prior to your event using the Virtual EMS system.
ALL EVENT REQUEST REQUIRING CUSTOM SETUPS MUST HAVE A SETUP DIAGRAM COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE OF FACILITY USE ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT. ROOM #214
SODEXO is our exclusive caterer for all events hosted in the Student Union.
All equipment must be checked out from Room 214 of the Student Union & must be returned prior to the scheduled end time of your event.
All scheduled events must end 30 minutes prior to the close of Building Hours.
All Non-University events requesting to stay past Building Hours will be charged $50/hour in addition to rental fee.
